A lot of this is just hype because many of these products do not contain enough of the beneficial parts of the hoodia plant in them to curb anyone’s appetite. Generally, people need around 2,250 to 3,000mg of hoodia per day to suppress their appetites. Any hoodia capsules that contain less than 400mg of hoodia are really just a waste of money. Desert Burn’s 750mg capsules are very potent. This high dosage of hoodia means fewer pills will be needed and a bottle will last longer. When you take into account that Desert Burn is also a very affordable product, it’s a very smart hoodia diet pill choice.

As with anything in life, there will be things you don’t like. I was disappointed that the manufacturer of Desert Burn doesn’t offer vegetable capsules. Yet, people who have adverse reactions to gelatin capsules can still use the product. They will just need to pull the capsules apart and mix the hoodia into some liquid. On the positive side, individuals always have the option of purchasing Desert Burn’s liquid hoodia product or their hoodia tea and coffee products.

The other thing I don’t much care for in regards to Desert Burn is the company’s website. It’s a bit overwhelming. It has automated music and the site is a bit unorganized. However, it has no bearing on the product itself and the website is something that can always be changed. On the plus side, the representatives at Desert Burn are very friendly and helpful.

The bottom line is I recommend Desert Burn hoodia to anyone who is looking for authentic, powerful and affordable hoodia gordonii diet pills. As someone who heavily scrutinizes hoodia diet pills, Desert Burn passes my tests with flying colors.

Although most people eat far too much junk food, there is nothing wrong with a little now and then, and no-one should have to give up every type of food they enjoy although some thought should be given to how much is consumed.

Emotions have a great deal to do with weight gain as many people (more likely women but not exclusively) eat more when they feel depressed, unwanted or unloved. It is nonsense to believe that continued eating and weight gain will not have serious consequences to your health as we now see in the increase of conditions like type 2 diabetes, heart conditions and cancer. One of the first steps in easy weight loss is assessing why the person is actually eating the amount they do as this can be the key to long term weight management.

All that said it has been shown that it is actually beneficial for the person using a weight loss program to be light-hearted about it as the mental attitude makes losing weight more likely. Being positive is one of the most important aspects in life as it can help us achieve things we did not believe possible. Most people who have maintained their weight loss have found themselves with more energy and actually like themselves more because they have achieved something special.

There is a way for you to lose weight fast on a treadmill. It’s called HIIT. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The great thing about HIIT is that your workouts are shorter, but the weight falls off faster. HIIT is also fun to do on a treadmill because it’s interesting and you can change up your workout routine.

The news of HIIT started circulating among treadmill owners over a decade ago after a study came out reporting how much weight, or fat, could be lost doing HIIT. Once treadmill owners saw the results themselves, HIIT began spreading like wildfire. The study was done over a five month period of time involving two groups of people. The first group did normal steady cardio for 45 minutes. This group began their study exercising at 60% of their maximum heart rate and worked up to 85% before the study was concluded.

The second group did HIIT for 30 minutes. Their workouts consisted of bringing their heart rates up to 70% of their maximum heart rates. Then for ten seconds they would back down on their workout intensity so their heart rates would fall. The group then did a 90 second period of working out that brought their heart rates back up again. Afterwards, they went back down into a lower intense workout so their heart rates would slow down, again. This was repeated throughout their 30 minute workout.

Conclusions of the study found that the participants doing the HIIT, group two, spent less time and energy working out, but they lost three times more body fat than group one. Another important finding was the fat that group two lost was primarily subcutaneous fat, or the fat that lies directly beneath the skin.

HIIT is so effective because it makes your body need more oxygen. This is referred to as EPOC, or Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption. After a HIIT workout your body needs more oxygen to get back to a resting state. This means your body will still be burning calories hours and hours after your workout is over. One study that was completed in 2002 reported that the resting metabolic rate of the individuals they monitored was still increased two days later. HIIT lets you say goodbye to slow metabolism and hello to weight loss!

HIIT on a treadmill is fast and easy, but it is intense. Workouts should last anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Once you have warmed up, get your heart rate up to its maximum heart rate range. Follow this by intervals of exercise that will lower your heart rate and then raise it back up again. Change up the length of the intervals, or the number of intervals you do, depending on your personal preferences.

Experts recommend that HIIT be done two or three days a week. They don’t recommend doing it back to back because it is so intense. To relieve the stress on your body, put a day or two in between your HIIT routines. Don’t feel guilty on the days you aren’t doing HIIT, relax and know you are still burning calories and losing weight!
