By promoting the releases of these hormones, your body will start to slowly de-stress. Not that, you body will also increases it metabolic rate and helps you to burn your calories and fats quicker. 3. Broccoli is also another great food which can help you to lose weight. It is especially tasty when you cook it by steaming. It will remain sweet and juicy when steamed.
