One glass of juice contains several portions of fruit and the excess simple sugars will simply be turned to fat in your body.

As far as drinking goes, you must make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. As you start losing the fat, and you will, you need to flush it out of your system. This is extremely important to avoid any toxic reactions.

The most difficult part of any exercise program is getting started. This is especially true if you have a lot of excess weight that makes it difficult to do much. Do not get discouraged, just start out slow and small. Walking is something most people can do, at least for a little bit.
