If you need to use some sweetener, switch from sugar to honey or maple syrup. You still do not want to use a lot of it but these are not processed, as compared to sugar. If you feel the need to have something sweet, eat some fruit. Fruit juice, on the other hand, is best avoided. One glass of juice contains several portions of fruit and the excess simple sugars will simply be turned to fat in your body.
As far as drinking goes, you must make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. As you start losing the fat, and you will, you need to flush it out of your system. This is extremely important to avoid any toxic reactions.
The most difficult part of any exercise program is getting started. This is especially true if you have a lot of excess weight that makes it difficult to do much. Do not get discouraged, just start out slow and small. Walking is something most people can do, at least for a little bit. Start with ten minutes a day and work your way up gradually to more, but6 do get started.
Keeping a diary of your exercise and food intake can be a great asset to fat loss. If you are honest when you are making your notes, it will keep you honest. No one likes to look back over the day before and discover they cheated more times than they realized.
