Just remember you didn’t do this to have a lot of loose skin hanging around. Resistance training makes sure the right message is passed to your body. This message is as follows,”Let’s keep the muscle and in fact let’s make it stronger.” If this message is not communicated then you will potentially use muscle for energy leading to loose skin.
